“Mitch (Jungmok) Bae is a technology strategist and digital health innovator with over 20 years of experience in AI/ML-driven biosensors, digital biomarkers, wearable technology and optical/photonic devices. He has played a pivotal role in R&D, product commercialization, and regulatory strategy, focusing on non-invasive health monitoring. Mitch spent nearly two decades at Samsung, where he led wearable health technologies such as non-invasive glucose sensing, cuff-less blood pressure monitoring, and ECG/PPG arrhythmia detection. As Senior Director at Samsung Strategy & Innovation Center, he defined corporate strategy for digital healthcare, aligning R&D with commercialization and FDA-regulated product development and evaluated over 500 digital health startups for VC investments and strategic partnerships.

Mitch now advises health and bio tech ventures, helping organizations integrate AI-driven health solutions and navigate commercialization and regulatory challenges. A holder of 40+ patents, Mitch is a keynote speaker and published researcher.
