Founding Partner
Youngwook Ha has experience working at Samsung Electronics Semiconductor, the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT), and Samsung’s Chairman’s office. Over the past 10 years, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a global innovation organization based in Silicon Valley and as a board member of the U.S. subsidiary Stellus Technologies. Drawing on these experiences, he authored the book “Preparation for the Moment”, which was published in both Korea and the United States.
In March 2023, to engage in more substantial activities, he founded the company Pine to Oak Catalyst, which provides lectures and management consulting services to large corporations, overseas research institutions, universities, and venture capital and accelerator firms.
In January 2024, Youngwook began serving as an advisor to Pathfinder, an executive recruiting firm that collaborates with major Korean conglomerates, financial institutions, and multinational corporations. In March, he also worked as an Executive Advisor for PrimeTech Ventures in the United States. Currently residing in the U.S., he co-founded Valley Innovation Partner, which helps domestic companies and startups grow while maintaining a global network across the United States, Europe (including France, Germany, and the UK), and Israel.
Youngwook holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Helsinki in Finland.
